Frequently Asked Questions

How do I qualify for the Pirelli tire rebate?

To qualify for a Pirelli tire rebate, purchase a set of four (4) eligible Pirelli tires from a participating authorized Pirelli retailer in the United States during the promotional period. Your purchase must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in the promotion's Terms & Conditions.

Please note: Purchases made at Sam's Club are not eligible for rebate.

How do I submit my Pirelli tire rebate?

The fastest and preferred way to submit your rebate claim is online. Complete the online rebate form and upload a copy of your purchase invoice.
If you prefer to submit your claim by mail, download the rebate form from the Offer Details section. Your completed rebate form and all required supporting documents must be postmarked on or before the stated submission deadline.

What documents do I need to submit with my rebate claim?

To process your Pirelli tire rebate, upload a clear and legible copy of your purchase invoice. Your invoice must include:
• Retailer's name
• Purchase date
• Eligible Pirelli tire(s) purchased
• Tire size(s) (if applicable)
• Proof of payment
If you purchased your tires online, make sure you upload your purchase invoice, not your order confirmation. These documents are often different, and an order confirmation cannot be used to verify your rebate.
If additional information is needed, our rebate team will contact you by email.

How will I receive my Pirelli rebate?

Approved rebates are issued as a Pirelli Visa® Prepaid Card.
Once your rebate is approved, you can choose one of the following delivery options:
• A digital Visa® Prepaid Card sent by email
• A physical Visa® Prepaid Card mailed to your address

When will I receive my Pirelli Visa® Prepaid Card?

Most Pirelli rebate claims are processed within 6–8 weeks after all required information has been received and your rebate has been approved.

Once your rebate is approved, you'll receive an email from info@mg.pirelli rebates with instructions to claim your rebate.
• Digital Visa® Prepaid Card: Delivered by email within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Physical Visa® Prepaid Card: Delivered by mail within approximately 14 business days after approval.

What does "Incomplete" mean for my rebate claim?

An Incomplete rebate status means we need additional information before we can process your Pirelli tire rebate. Please provide the requested information within 30 days to avoid your rebate being denied.
The most common reasons a rebate is marked Incomplete include:
• The purchase invoice is difficult to read.
• Required information is missing from the invoice.
• An order confirmation was uploaded instead of a purchase invoice.
• The wrong document was uploaded.
If you receive an Incomplete email, send the requested information to info_US@rebates.pirelli.com or call 1-866-351-3488 for assistance.

Why was my Pirelli rebate denied or found ineligible?

Your rebate may be denied if it does not meet the promotion's eligibility requirements. Common reasons include:
• Purchasing tires that are not included in the rebate promotion.
• Purchasing eligible tires outside the promotional purchase period.
• Submitting your rebate after the submission deadline.
• Receiving another rebate or discount that cannot be combined with the national Pirelli rebate offer.
Please review the promotion's Terms & Conditions for complete eligibility requirements.

Can I update my rebate after I submit it?

Yes. If you need to update your email address, mailing address, or other information after submitting your rebate, contact our rebate support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update your information; however, changes may not be possible once your rebate has been processed or your Visa® Prepaid Card has been issued.
