How do I qualify for the Pirelli tire rebate? Purchase four (4) eligible Pirelli tires from a participating authorized retailer in Canada during the promotional period. Rebate not available on tires purchased from Canadian Tire or Costco. Your purchase must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in the official <a href="https://corp-assets.pirelli.com/promo/UATPC-0680/Terms_Conditions_2026_WinterRebate_EN_V1.pdf">Terms & Conditions.</a>

Which Pirelli tires are eligible for this promotion? Only select Pirelli tire lines qualify for the rebate. Please refer to the <a href="https://corp-assets.pirelli.com/promo/UATPC-0680/Terms_Conditions_2026_WinterRebate_EN_V1.pdf">Terms & Conditions</a> for a complete list of qualifying tires.

How do I submit my rebate claim? The fastest and preferred way to submit your rebate claim is online. Simply complete the online rebate form and upload a copy of your purchase invoice along with any required supporting documentation. If you prefer to submit your claim by mail, download the rebate form from the Offer Details section. Your completed rebate form and all required supporting documents must be postmarked on or before the stated submission deadline.

What documents do I need to submit? You must provide a clear and legible copy of your purchase invoice showing the retailer's name, purchase date, eligible Pirelli tire details, and proof of payment. If additional information is required to verify your claim, our rebate agent may contact you and request supporting documentation.

Can I submit more than one rebate claim using the same email address? Yes. You may submit up to two (2) rebate claims per household using the same email address, provided each claim is based on a separate qualifying purchase of four (4) eligible Pirelli tires and meets all promotion eligibility requirements. Eligible tires may be purchased on the same sales invoice and supported by the same proof of payment. However, each rebate claim must be submitted separately and include a copy of the purchase invoice and any other required supporting documentation. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for additional eligibility requirements, claim limits, and other applicable restrictions.

How will I receive my rebate? Approved rebates are issued as a Pirelli Visa® Prepaid Card. The rebate amount is determined by the eligible tire rim size purchased, as outlined in the promotion. Depending on the offer, you may be able to choose between a digital card delivered by email or a physical card mailed to your address. Eligible CAA Members will receive the applicable CAA Member rebate value in place of the standard Pirelli rebate value, subject to verification of a valid CAA membership.

When will I receive my Visa® Prepaid Card? Once your rebate claim has been validated by our rebate administrator and approved, please allow approximately 6 to 10 weeks for processing, followed by up to 14 business days for delivery of your Pirelli Visa® Prepaid Card. This timeframe includes claim validation, card issuance by our payment service provider, and delivery, where applicable. Please note that processing and delivery times may be affected by banking business days, statutory holidays, postal service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond Pirelli's control. If you do not receive your Pirelli Visa® Prepaid Card within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info_CA@rebates.pirelli.com or call 1-866-351-3488 during regular business hours. We will be happy to assist you with the reissuance of your card, if applicable.

How can I check the status of my rebate? What happens if my rebate claim is incomplete? If your submission is missing required information or supporting documentation, you will receive an email outlining what is needed to complete your claim. Please be sure to check your junk or spam folder, as our emails may occasionally be filtered there depending on your email provider's settings. Once the requested information has been received by our rebate agent, your claim will continue through the review and validation process. If the requested information is not received within the timeframe specified in our email, your rebate claim will be closed, and no rebate will be issued.
